Cheriton House Guesthouse in Bath offers everything we ourselves would look for in a bed and breakfast guesthouse.
In our previous careers employed by the soft drinks industry we both travelled extensively all over the UK and sometimes in Europe. We often stayed in hotel, guesthouse and bed and breakfast accommodation, never dreaming at the time that we would later be part of the hospitality trade ourselves.
Our experience as guests taught us a great deal about what makes a stay enjoyable and memorable as well as what constitutes a memorable stay for all the wrong reasons!
We have endeavoured to use our own experience to ensure the comfort and enjoyment of all those who stay with us here at Cheriton House Guesthouse in the beautiful city of Bath.
Cleanliness, comfort, a relaxing atmosphere, excellent breakfasts, and help and advice on what to see and do in Bath and the surrounding area and where to eat are all available here.
Now with 14 years’ experience in the guest house/ bed and 
breakfast business, we still prefer to run Cheriton House personally and make sure that our guests are well looked after.
We aim to provide hotel standards at guest house prices and ensure a warm welcome for all of our guests. We are proud of the number of regular visitors and recommendations that we get and feel this is testament to the high standard of accommodation, food and customer service we offer here.
Our Bath B&B is perfectly located to allow our guests to make the most of all that the World Heritage City of Bath has to offer, including the world famous Roman Baths and Pump Room, the Thermae Spa, Pultenay Bridge and Weir on the River Avon, the 15th Century Bath Abbey, the Jane Austen Centre, the American Museum in Britain, the Fashion Museum and No. 1 Royal Crescent, a stunning restored Georgian town house.
We are also within easy access by car or public transport of Salisbury, with its famous Cathedral, Stonehenge, Cheddar Caves & Gorge, Avebury Stone Circle, Wookey Hole Caves and Bristol with its zoo and waterfront. You can also visit the Cotswold villages, including Castle Combe, Lacock and Bourton-on-the-Water.
